The "five prevention" devices of high-voltage switchgear can generally be divided into three categories: mechanical, electrical and comprehensive, and the "five prevention" includes:

1. Prevent the disconnecting switch from splitting and closing with load. (The circuit breaker, load switch, and contactor cannot operate the isolation switch when it is closed.)

2. Prevent mis-division and mis-closing of circuit breakers, load switches, and contactors. (Only the operation instruction corresponds to the operating equipment can be operated on the operated equipment)

3. Prevent the circuit breaker and load switch from closing when the grounding switch is in the closed position. (Only when the grounding switch is in the open state, can the isolation switch or the handcart enter the working position, and the circuit breaker and load switch can be operated)

4. Prevent the grounding switch from being closed by mistake when it is live. (Only in the open state of the circuit breaker, can the isolation switch be operated or the handcart can retreat from the working position to the test position, and the grounding switch can be closed)

5. Prevent the live interval from being mistakenly entered. (Only when the compartment is not electrified, can the door be opened to enter the compartment).

The design principle of high-voltage switchgear:

The realization of the electrical "five prevention" function has become one of the important measures for the safe production of electric power. With the continuous development of the power grid and the continuous updating of technology, the anti-misoperation device has been continuously improved and perfected.

All high-voltage electrical equipment that may cause misoperation should be equipped with anti-misoperation devices and corresponding anti-misoperation electrical locking circuits.
